By using our website or booking our rent agreement registration services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Service Scope

We provide agreement drafting support, document coordination, doorstep biometric coordination and submission support for Maharashtra rent agreement registration. We act as a service facilitator and do not replace government authorities, banks, payment providers or official registration systems.

Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, valid documents and timely approvals. All parties required for biometric verification must be available at the agreed time and must provide consent for Aadhaar-based verification where applicable. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the draft before submission.

Aadhaar and Biometric Consent

Where Aadhaar or biometric verification is required, it is used only for the requested registration process. By booking the service, you confirm that the owner, tenant, witnesses and any authorized signatory have been informed and have agreed to participate in the verification process.

Payments and Government Charges

Service charges, stamp duty, registration fees, DHC and other applicable charges must be paid as agreed before processing. Government and statutory charges are payable separately and may change as per applicable rules.

Timelines

We aim to deliver the registered agreement within the stated working-day estimate after successful biometric verification and submission. Actual timelines may vary due to document issues, customer delay, government processing, authentication failures, public holidays or technical issues.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government portal downtime, UIDAI/authentication system issues, network failure, payment gateway failure, server downtime, power outage, strike, public holiday, natural event, law-and-order issue or change in government rules.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer information, fraudulent documents, third-party systems, government decisions, disputes between landlord and tenant or events beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to the service charges paid to us for the affected booking, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first at +91 9272398181 or agreementservicespune@gmail.com. We will try to resolve the issue amicably. If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
