Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund handling for our rent agreement drafting, doorstep biometric and registration support services.
Full Refund Before Service Starts
If you cancel before drafting, document checking, payment to authorities or biometric visit scheduling has started, service charges paid to us may be refunded in full. Any government fee already paid is not refundable by us.
Partial Refund
If drafting, document verification, coordination or appointment scheduling has already started but biometric verification has not been completed, a partial refund may be considered after deducting actual work, administrative, visit or payment-processing costs.
No Refund After Biometric or Submission
Once biometric verification is completed, or the registration request is submitted to the government workflow, the service is treated as substantially delivered and service charges are generally non-refundable. If an error is caused by us, we will correct or re-process the affected work without additional service charge where practical.
Government Charges
Stamp duty, registration fees, DHC or any statutory/government charges are non-refundable once paid to the concerned authority, because those payments are outside our control.
Government Portal or Authentication Issues
If service is delayed because of government portal downtime, biometric/authentication failure, UIDAI or registration system issues, public holidays, server issues or other events outside our control, we will reschedule or continue processing when the system is available. Such delays do not automatically create a refund right.
Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. For UPI, bank transfer or cash payments, we may request bank or UPI details from the customer. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days after approval, subject to bank or payment provider timelines.
